A passer by stopped with trailer brought me directly to your store, where Gregory Brace quickly had someone look it over and found the problem. I had to spend the night at a local motel. "i have always dealt with other dealerships throughout SE michigan and when it came time for spring maintnence on my machines a friend recommended i come down to monroe to get my parts. this was only some oil, filters, plugs, etc... but this visit made me a monroe customer for life. it was very simple and the parts guy new everything i needed and surprise, it was in stock. the best part was they did make you feel stupid when you came in. most stores i have dealt with, (parts counter in particular), make you feel like you are just wasting thier time unless you are running on some sort of pro racing cicuit. great experience and repeat business for sure."

"Thanks for all your help in getting the new 500 model set-up for me. Jordan really likes it! He thought the helmet was really awesome! And the gloves, hoodie (etc.) were all perfect. You certainly did a better job on those items than I could have done! We went riding together yesterday in the field and the woods, and had a blast. He loves the 500, and I hope to get my daughter on it when it warms up a bit. She doesn't like the whole cold weather thing, so her maiden voyage will have to wait until it warms up.
I also appreciate you guys getting the plugs, oil change kits, filters, charger, and battery (800) together for me. It was like Christmas for both of us as we went through everything that you guys sent over with the new 4 wheeler! The 800 is doing great now that it has the new battery installed.
You guys really Rock, and I wanted to thank you for making all of this so easy on me!
